Operating rules of the sport facility

3. Services offered
Flexity Studio offers the following services:
- Group classes – Training on Pilates Reformers under the **certified instructor's** guidance.
- Private lessons – **Individual approach** for 1–2 clients.
- Autonomous classes – Clients can rent reformers for training **without an instructor**.
- Space rental – For **workshops** or individual training sessions.
Liability
The operator is **not liable for damages** to items left outside designated places.
Clients train **at their own risk**. In case of health issues, consulting a doctor is recommended before training.
4. Operating conditions and health protection
The facility operates in compliance with **occupational safety laws (BOZP)**.
The operator ensures **regular cleaning and disinfection** of the premises.
All clients must follow these rules, instructor guidance and handle equipment with care.
5. Visitor guidelines
Clients must:
- Maintain **basic hygiene** and use towels on machines.
- **Inform the instructor** of any health limitations or issues.
- Wear **clean sports footwear** and clothing.
- Keep the studio **tidy and clean**.
Prohibited
- **Smoking, alcohol** and entering under the influence of intoxicating substances.
- **Damaging equipment** or studio premises.
6. Cleaning schedule
**Daily cleaning:** Machines, floors, changing rooms and facilities are disinfected each day.
**Weekly disinfection:** **Certified disinfectants** are used for thorough cleaning of all surfaces.
7. CCTV system
Flexity Studio uses a **CCTV system** to protect property and ensure safety.
**Monitored areas:** Reception, corridors, entrances and changing rooms (**excluding shower zones**).
**Retention period:** **15 days** from recording.
CCTV is marked with a **visible notice**.
8. Booking & cancellation
Cancellations are possible no later than **24 hours** before the scheduled time. Otherwise the credit/class is considered **used**.
Timely cancellations **automatically refund credit** to the client account.
9. Important notices for clients
Training at the studio is **at your own risk**. The client is responsible for their physical health during training.
Clients with serious health issues must consult a **doctor** before starting.
The operator reserves the right to **refuse service** to clients who break the studio rules.
10. Final provisions
These operating rules take effect on **21 Dec 2024**.
The operator reserves the right to **modify or update** these rules.
