**GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS** **www.flexitystudio.sk** Flexity s. r. o. The Slovak version is legally binding. This English translation is provided for convenience. Your personal data is protected under Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and amendments to certain acts (the **"Personal Data Protection Act"**).

The **Operator** is Flexity s. r. o., with registered office at Ľuda Zúbka 2, 841 01 Bratislava, **Company ID: 35731389**, **VAT ID: SK2021344160**, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert No. 15884/B. E-mail: **info@flexitystudio.sk** Phone: **+421 902 549 264** **Flexitystudio.sk** is a website where users can purchase training services and book training sessions based on the current offer. The **User** is any natural person using services on Flexitystudio.sk — mainly online purchase and session booking. A **Training session booking** is a legally binding transaction between the user and the operator, establishing the user's claim to the booked service under the terms of these conditions. **Place of service** is the Flexity Studio, operated by Flexity s. r. o.

1. Using Flexitystudio.sk services is only possible with the **user's consent** to these terms. 2. The user can book an available training session if they have enough purchased sessions or credits and if slots are available. 3. The user enters a valid contract by completing the **registration form** and clicking the 'Register' button. Under this contract, Flexity s. r. o. commits to delivering services at the required quality. 4. **Booking cancellation:** - Cancellation is possible **at least 24 hours before** the session via the online system or by emailing info@flexitystudio.sk. - After this window expires, the full amount is forfeited to the operator. - If canceled within the window, the user will be **refunded in credits** or offered an alternative date. 5. If the operator cancels a session, the customer will be offered an **alternative date** or a credit/money refund.

1. The user declares they have **full legal capacity**. 2. The user is obligated to provide **current, correct and truthful** information. 3. The user is responsible for protecting their login credentials and all activity under their account. The operator is not liable for damages arising from unauthorised account use caused by the user's security negligence. 4. The user must **immediately contact** the operator if they suspect unauthorised account use. 5. The user must follow **studio conduct rules**, hygiene standards and staff instructions. 6. The user may not use services in a way that could **damage, overload or disable** operator or partner servers.

1. The user uses Flexitystudio.sk services and studio training **at their own risk and responsibility**. The operator is not liable for the user's health status or any injuries or health complications during training. 2. The user must **consult their health status with a doctor** before beginning training and follow all safety and technique guidance from instructors or staff. 3. The operator is not liable for damage caused by the user or third parties from **improper or unqualified** use of equipment and props. 4. The operator is **not liable for personal belongings** left at the studio. The user must secure their items against theft or damage.

1. The user provides personal data in the scope of **name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number, date of birth, gender** — per the Personal Data Protection Act, for service delivery. 2. The user has the right to **access** their data, as well as to **correct or delete** it per the Act. 3. Studio premises are monitored by a **CCTV system** for property and safety protection. 1. These terms take effect on their publication on Flexitystudio.sk. 2. The operator may **change these terms at any time**. Changes take effect when published. 3. The user must **regularly check** the terms. Continued use after a change is treated as agreement. 4. These terms are governed by the **laws of the Slovak Republic**. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent court in the SR. 5. The user has the right to resolve disputes with the operator through **alternative dispute resolution (ADR)** or by filing a motion with the **Slovak Trade Inspection**.
