What you can give
You can give anything from the price list, not just an amount. The voucher page has a filter that puts an offer together based on who the gift is for, which studio they'll go to and what they like to do.
Welcome package
The studio's intro offer at a lower price. Only someone who hasn't trained with us yet can use it, so for a regular client pick a class package instead.
Class package
Several classes at once, with a lower price per class. How many classes a package includes depends on the studio.
Private class
A one-on-one class with an instructor. A good choice for someone who is just starting, coming back after a break or working on a specific problem.
Voucher for any amount
If you don't know what they'd like, give an amount. They can spend it on anything from the price list, including things that don't have their own package, like sound healing.

- The voucher carries credits, not a specific date. The recipient picks a class from the schedule when it suits them. You're not buying them a slot in their calendar.
- It's valid for 12 months from delivery.
- A welcome package can only be used by someone who hasn't trained with us yet. If the recipient already comes to classes, pick a class package or a voucher for an amount.
- Sound healing has no package of its own. Give it as a voucher for any amount.
- The recipient creates a Flexio account when booking their first class. You don't need one to buy.

How does the voucher arrive?
By e-mail, right after you pay. You get the code and a printable PDF voucher. Nothing goes by post, so it works as a last-minute gift too.
Do I need an account to buy a voucher?
No. Buying doesn't need an account and you don't register the recipient anywhere. They create their own account when they book their first class.
How long is the voucher valid?
Twelve months from delivery.
Can I give a specific class on a specific date?
No. The voucher carries credits and the recipient picks the date in the schedule. That's on purpose: a gift with a fixed date is more likely to go unused.
I don't know what they like to do. What should I pick?
A voucher for any amount. They can use it on anything from the price list, whether that's reformer, barre, yoga or sound healing, and decide for themselves.
Can I give a welcome package to someone who already trains with you?
No. The welcome package is an intro offer and only someone who hasn't trained with us yet can use it. For a regular client, pick a class package or a voucher for an amount.
