Mentoring and class supervision

Mentoring is a one-to-one hour with an instructor from our team, focused on whatever you are working on right now: reformer technique, building a class, corrections or preparing for your exam. It is led by experienced instructors who teach pilates and yoga in our studios every day. Flexity also runs an e-shop with pilates and yoga equipment, so we can help you choose gear for your own classes too. You can count mentoring hours towards your required practice if the rules of your school or course allow it.

  2. 2We get back to you with a suggested time and an instructor who fits your topic.
  3. 3Mentoring takes place in our Bratislava studio and a session lasts 60 minutes.
  4. 4We send payment details together with the confirmed time.

Class supervision

One of our instructors comes to a class you teach. Afterwards you go through what worked and what you would change next time, for example pacing or corrections. Supervision is a good follow-up to mentoring when you want to see how it goes with your own clients.

Mentoring, supervision and studio rental together

You can rent the reformer studio in Bratislava for mentoring or supervision at our regular rental prices: 25 to 60 € per hour depending on the number of people, less at off-peak times. For example, you can book a mentoring session, practise the class in a rented slot and then invite our instructor to supervise it.
