About the studio
Meet our boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Bratislava, bringing the increasingly popular Pilates Reformer training. Our goal is to make Reformer accessible to more people and support education and awareness of Pilates in Slovakia. The concept is built by Flexity — the market leader in Pilates equipment sales. We introduce a novelty: your own workout with autonomous access, no instructor required.
The studio is equipped with 5 Reformers with Half Cadillac tower, 5 Combo Chairs, 1 Ladder Barrel, 1 Ped-o-pull and accessory props.
Regular movement is one of the most effective habits for longevity — one hour of exercise can, according to studies, add up to three hours to your life.
You can also purchase non-slip socks and drinks on-site.
