Barre group classes
Barre at Flexity is a functional, safe and aesthetic workout combining the principles of Pilates, ballet and functional training.
Pilates group classes
Pilates at Flexity is mindful, functional and therapeutically precise movement. We work with the body as a whole — strengthening, lengthening and releasing muscles so movement makes sense and is sustainable long-term.
Private lessons
One-on-one lessons with an instructor — for clients who want full attention and precise guidance.
- Pilates Mat in BratislavaClassic pilates on the mat on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Mornings before work and early evenings, €14, and MultiSport covers it in full.
- Ballet for adultsClassical ballet technique at the barre and in the centre of the room. Saturdays at 17:30, 55 minutes, and complete beginners are welcome.

About the studio
At Flexity we believe in long-term progress without shortcuts. Authentic Barre method, Pilates, experienced certified instructors and focus on the quality of movement. The concept is built by Flexity — the market leader in Pilates equipment sales. You train on professional Barre equipment by Dinamica Ballet.
