Standard steps to earn official certification in Slovakia
The three standard steps you need for official certification as a Pilates Reformer instructor.
Anatomy + exam
You need a completed anatomy course with a passed exam. If you've studied anatomy at school or elsewhere, a confirmation is enough. A standalone anatomy course will also be part of our offering, completable in advance.
Specialized part — Pilates Reformer (full scope) + practical and theoretical exam
This is the core of certification: methodology, technique, class leadership, safety and exams.
Required hours: practiced, observed and taught
Most schools require proof of a certain amount of practice hours (observation, your own training, teaching). Our specific conditions are on the course page.
How we can help with your practice
Practice matters for your certification and for your confidence when you teach. Here's how we can help:
1. Practiced hours (on yourself) — Client Hours
All hours you take with us as a client count. If you want to train at home too, you can buy your own Reformer on flexity.sk.
2. Observation hours
We don't currently offer dedicated observation hours. In most cases, however, you can count these as practice hours with us (per your school's rules).
3. Teaching hours
If you're certifying with another school, get in touch — depending on capacity we can explore the option of teaching with us.
4. Space rental for practice
We offer studio rental so you can 'teach' your hours on people you know and practice class flow. Happy to put together a better-value package to fit your needs.
5. Group training
If several instructors team up, you can come together and share the rental cost — plus give each other feedback as you improve.
What if I didn't get into the next course?
Even if you don't make it into this round, you can start preparing right now. These steps will be needed anyway for quality practice — in the next cohort it will all fall together much easier.

Sport registry entry
After completing and passing certification, you need an entry in the Sport Registry.
